When we install one of our Essette template applications for a client, something interesting happens. Not only
do clients love our software solutions, they love us! (Honest. Even IT departments like us!) Sometimes we're
asked what other tricks we have up our sleeves. Since most of us at Essette can’t juggle, and only a few of us
can carry a tune, we stick with what we know best. Service. In fact, we consider ourselves a service company—not
a product company. Here are some of the areas we excel in while serving our clients:
Our database developers are a pretty talented bunch. They learn a lot about clients’ systems and how to
maneuver through data when they integrate Essette with a company's eligibility and/or EHR systems. As a
result, they are often hired to do integration with systems outside of ours. Heck, they’ll even help set up a data
warehouse. Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, combined with an amazing ability to provide excellent
service keeps these characters in big demand. (Hint: Creating a ‘trail’ of chocolate almost always
guarantees an immediate introduction to our team, but you could also catch a glimpse of them
Essette’s tools are extremely powerful and highly configurable. But we are not a content company.
We leave that up to the experts like
Healthwise. Some of our clients know exactly what
they want for Care Plans, Assessments, Auth auto-approval rules, etc. Some want to ‘start from scratch’.
